Launching of the Marseilles Center for Mediterranean Integration

International Seminar on River Basin Management and Cooperation
in the Euro-Mediterranean Region

Mohammed Blinda represented the Blue Plan in the International Seminar on River Basin Management and Cooperation in the Euro-Mediterranean Region, organized by INBO and the Lebanese government. This meeting held in Beirut (Lebanon) from 5 to 9 October 2009, brought together about 110 delegates coming from 26 countries, representatives of governmental administrations in charge of water management, of Basin Organizations already existing or being creative, of cooperation agencies as well as numerous observatory organizations. <More …>
