Seminar for agency managers and desk officers of the Mediterranean
and Middle East from AFD

On the 5 and 6 May 2010, an internal seminar for agency managers and desk officers of the Mediterranean and Middle East from the French agency for Development (AFD) was held in Cairo. On this occasion, Sylvain Houpin led a workshop focused on mobility and urban development issues, mobilizing experts and practitioners around the Mediterranean. The content of the regional diagnosis outlook on Urban Mobility and Sustainable Development published by the Blue Plan in April has enriched thought and discussion of agency managers engaged on urban transport projects in major cities of the Mediterranean.
