A new Head of Unit at Plan Bleu

Hugues Ravenel just joined Plan Bleu’s team as Head of Strategic Unit. He worked previously in Météo France where he particularly studied  climate change issues and he also held many international functions in France, abroad and within international organizations.

On May 27th, Plan Bleu took part in the For’UM organized in Marseilles by the Franco-Egyptian co-presidency of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM).
