Mr Henri-Luc Thibault ended his mandate as director of Plan Bleu on August 31th 2011. The President, Mr Lucien Chabason, and the Bureau of Plan Bleu thank him warmly for his dedication to Plan Bleu during 5 years.

Pending the arrival of a new director, the Bureau of Plan Bleu asked to Patrick Bovis and Hugues Ravenel, respectively responsible for the administrative, financial and support unit on the one hand and the strategic unit on the other hand, to serve as officers in charge.
